Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use the Theo Thinker Club website comfortably – including people with low vision, reduced dexterity, hearing loss or memory and concentration difficulties. Many of our readers are in their sixties, seventies and beyond, and we build this website with them in mind.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- Large, highly readable type (Atkinson Hyperlegible, designed for readers with low vision).
- A High contrast button at the top of every page. It darkens colours so that all text has a contrast of at least 7:1, and underlines links. Your choice is remembered.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Forms have clear labels. If something is missing, we say what it is and move you to the field that needs attention.
- The website works when zoomed to 400 % and on small phone screens.
- Images have text descriptions. There are no time limits, auto-playing videos or flashing content.
Known limitations
- In the standard colour view, the white text on some coloured tiles has lower contrast. Please use the High contrast button at the top of the page.
- Our forms are protected by a security check from Cloudflare (Turnstile). Most visitors never see it; if it asks for a click, it can be done with a keyboard and is designed to work with screen readers.
- Printable puzzle PDFs are made for printing and may not be fully readable with a screen reader. Write to us and we will help.
- Links to third-party websites lead to pages we do not control.
